Utilizing a new generation of imported, medical-grade “cool-tone” LED chips from Osram (Germany), the light beads boast a lifespan exceeding 60,000 hours. The emission spectrum is entirely free of ultraviolet and infrared radiation, ensuring virtually no temperature rise around the surgeon’s head or the patient’s surgical site, even during prolonged procedures.

The issue of drift during prolonged surgical procedures has long plagued clinical practice. To address this, we employ a domestically manufactured balancing arm assembly featuring multi-point anti-drift control technology (with a German Ondal component option available). Equipped with both fatigue correction and positioning tactile-feedback adjustment mechanisms, this system guarantees precise positioning that remains drift-free throughout extended surgical operations.

The open, hollow design greatly reduces obstruction to laminar airflow, providing optimal laminar flow compatibility. With a maximum thickness of no more than 8cm, it achieves excellent laminar flow performance. The lamp holder utilizes a full ABS injection molding design, with all components molded in one piece and installed without screws, eliminating the need for assembly and effectively saving time for workers.

Utilizing a manual focusing system, the curvature of the lamp head can be adjusted simply by rotating the sterilized handle, enabling stepless focusing that is simple to operate, convenient, and flexible.
- Color Temperature Adjustment for Efficient Eye Protection and Precise Lesion Identification
Surgeons can adjust the color temperature—based on their personal preferences or the specific surgical site—to achieve ideal tissue contrast and ensure optimal tissue resolution. While high-intensity white light enhances illumination, prolonged exposure can easily lead to eye fatigue. By adjusting the color temperature (e.g., switching between cool and warm light), it is possible to maintain the necessary brightness while simultaneously minimizing glare and visual fatigue.

The overall design of the LED lamp head focuses the light beam into a high-intensity, uniform column, thereby ensuring a soft and even illumination effect within deep cavities—effectively meeting the surgical requirements for high brightness and deep-field illumination.

Featuring an LCD-screen control panel with tactile buttons, the system allows for the adjustment of power, illumination intensity, and color temperature, thereby meeting the diverse brightness requirements of medical personnel during various surgical procedures.
