  3. Waste Bag Hooks: Features dedicated hooks for waste bags and fixation bags. The hooks utilize a plug-in design at the foot of the bed, integrating seamlessly with the footboard structure. Made from blow-molded ABS material, the hooks are capable of rotating ≥270°.
  4. Head and Foot Panels: Manufactured from polypropylene resin using a one-piece blow-molding process. They are detachable and designed to fit securely into their mounts without wobbling.
  5. Bed Surface Panel: Constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, formed via a single-step stamping process and laser-cut for precision. The powder coating applied to the surface contains anti-bacterial agents.
  6. Bed Surface Material: The bed surface panel utilizes high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of 1.2mm.

Bed Frame Construction: The entire bed frame undergoes a comprehensive series of surface treatments—including pickling, phosphating, water rinsing, and oxidation film coating—followed by electrostatic powder coating using AkzoNobel powder (certified as RoHS compliant). Precision laser cutting and high-accuracy welding techniques are employed to ensure superior weld quality and a robust, durable bed structure.
